Tina: I like to lay in bed and do a sciatic/spine stretch
on one side for a few minutes, until Im almost asleep. Then
I switch sides. Just before I fall asleep I put a pillow under
my head.

Cheryl: I take a warm bath, watch T.V. or read until Im
tired ear plugs muffle out any unwanted sounds.

Karen: I imagine myself floating on a lake or laying in
the grass listening to natures sounds and watching the clouds
drift by as if I were a young child without a care in the world
content and secure in knowing its OK to let go and
relax now.

Linda: Give each and every stress of the day up in prayer
before turning out the lights.

Susie: I enjoy reading and spending quality
time with my husband.

Annette: Exercise daily to decrease stress and increase
fatigue.
